Gracehill village, Ballymena is situated on the periphery of the town and lays into the popular area of Galgorm. An original Moravian settlement founded in 1765, many of the original Georgian style houses and buildings have been retained and surround the mature tree flanked square which forms the focal point of the village.
The village was designated as Northern Ireland’s first conversation area in 1975.
4 Tuppenny Meadows, Gracehill is a spacious well presented four bedroom detached family home located on the outskirts of the village.
The property extends to three reception rooms and benefits from oil fired heating and a double garage.
The location is ideal to take advantage of the local amenities on offer in the village as well as the local hub of shops, eateries and amenities located at Galgorm. It is also on the doorstep of Galgorm golf course which boasts a restaurant and newly opened garden centre.
A good range of schools are also convenient and the location is ideal for connecting to main road links with Belfast approximately half an hour by car.
We are asking £800 per calendar month unfurnished for this excellent home.
